We begin the morning with a gentle guided arrival into silence. From there, we spend the day in quiet presence together in a peaceful, ocean-view space. In the afternoon, you’ll be slowly guided back out of silence, closing with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and a sharing circle.
You’ll have access to sauna, ice bath, pool, and hammocks throughout the day - supporting your body to release, reset, and integrate.
Bring your own lunch (we include a lunch break). We provide fruit, snacks, and water.
