A 5-Day, 4-Night Nervous System & Body Connection Retreat

An intimate all-inclusive retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a deeper understanding of yourself from within.

So many of us have learned to ignore the body’s signals - pushing through stress, exhaustion, emotions, and overwhelm without truly listening to what the body is asking for. This retreat is an invitation to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

With only 4-7 participants, this retreat offers a deeply personal experience where you are not just another guest, but truly supported, witnessed, and guided throughout the journey.

Through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement practices, and nervous system healing rituals, you’ll begin to reconnect with the intelligence of your body and understand the language it speaks through sensation, emotion, tension, intuition, and energy.

This retreat is centered around embodiment, self-awareness, and learning how to feel safe and grounded within yourself again.

Included throughout the week:

  • Daily yoga & meditation

  • Breathwork & embodiment practices

  • Sauna & ice bath nervous system reset

  • Two surf sessions & beach excursions

  • Restorative movement & grounding practices

  • Pool with ocean view

  • Nourishing vegetarian meals & snacks

  • Space to rest, reflect, and reconnect

The sauna and ice bath experiences are woven into the retreat as powerful tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and learning how to stay connected to yourself through discomfort and expansion.

Evenings are slow and intentional - gathering for nourishing dinners, watching stunning sunsets, and ending each day with guided journaling prompts and reflective practices that deepen your connection to yourself and your journey.

On the final evening, we close together with a cacao ceremony and rebirth ceremony, creating space to release old patterns, reconnect to your truth, and step forward feeling clearer, calmer, and more aligned.

Additional private healing sessions and integrative coaching are available for those wanting deeper personal support during the retreat.
