Perched on the hill above Popoyo, Nicaragua, with ocean views and surrounded by nature, Soultribe is a place to slow down, breathe, connect and simply be.

The house is available to rent as a whole, offering a private and spacious home for families, friends, surf crews, retreat groups or anyone looking for a different kind of stay in Popoyo.

Come for the waves, the sunsets, the nature — or simply for a little more space to reconnect with yourself and the people you're sharing it with.

The Space

Soultribe was created to feel like a home, not a hotel.

When you rent the whole house, you have the space and facilities to share meals, relax, practice yoga, swim, work, create or simply enjoy being together.

The house includes:

  • 4 bedrooms with different sleeping arrangements

    • 2 private rooms with double beds

    • 1 room with two double beds

    • 1 room with two bunk beds

  • Large lap pool with different levels

  • Sauna and ice bath

  • Fully equipped kitchen with seating for up to 14 people

  • Hammocks and sun loungers

  • Ocean-view yoga and gathering space

  • Outdoor spaces surrounded by nature

  • Wi-Fi and air conditioning

There is room to cook together, share long meals, take a dip in the pool, watch the sunset, practice yoga, work remotely or just slow down and enjoy Popoyo.

Soultribe is a healing sanctuary and peaceful community space, not a party house.

We want to protect the energy of the space and respect the people and homes around us.

  • No loud parties on site

  • Quiet hours: 8 PM – 8 AM

  • We ask everyone to treat the house, nature, neighbours and each other with care and respect

Rent the Whole House

We no longer rent individual rooms separately.

The whole Soultribe house is available for private rental, depending on availability.

Low season: from $250 / night
High season: from $350 / night
Holidays: from $400 / night

Rates may vary depending on your dates and length of stay.
